500 dollar fine for text messaging.

Maryland has not but a bill before its congress saying that driving and sending a text message will cost you 500 bucks. I hope what ever you send is worth that! I think this has gotten a little out of control now. I understand safe driving but this is a higher ticket then speeding. Lets keep things in prospective people.
