New evidence by Swedish researchers claims evidence that cell phone users have a higher occurrence of both malignant and benign brain tumors.
These researchers found that after only ten years of exposure there was almost double the risk of cancer for cell phone users. The research suggests after fifteen years of cell phone exposure, users are four times as likely to contract cancer.
According to these findings, cell phones can cause 70 percent increase in aggressive brain tumors. However, cell phones are a relatively new technology and it would be wise to not jump the gun at these studies as many other research teams have refuted these stories.
There are definitely more studies needed for long-term research on other types of cancer. It is essential to assure no bias exists in current findings. The research needs to include every variable, group, nationality, and economic circumstance in order to gain a more accurate picture.
Now it is too early in research to analyze all results. Many companies are already doing their own studies and research as to whether cell phones cause cancer. Until a study of more substance comes out, we recommend you to continue using your cell phone.
